The curriculum will include fundamentals, design, types and physics behind semiconductor devices and transistors. There are several lab modules to understand the engineering of the industry-standard device and process design. Further, concepts like reliability physics and reliable device design and design of power devices are also covered.
Participants will learn about device and process design and simulations. Besides, they will learn wafer-level device and material characterization principles. These are highly essential for becoming a device engineer or appreciating the device design complexities.
